Very fast for those who are scared
very long for those who lament

November is coming to an end

Here I am! It feels like quite some time sense I wrote something here and I'm sorry for that. It has been freezing outside so I have been living in cosy sweaters and warm socks, I can really feel that winter coming.
I have also been sick for the last couple of days and the only things I have been up to is sleeping, drinking tea and watching Sherlock or Vampire Diaries. But last weekend was so much fun so I thought I could tell you about that.

Last Friday me and Eline went to her place after school because we were going to have a little sleepover. I met her super cute dog Stacy, we drank vanilla tea and she introduced me to the Tv-show Supernatural (which I thought was really scary while Eline thought it was really funny that I got so scared ). We also watched a movie called Never Let Me Go, which was one of the saddest movies I have ever seen. It was really beautiful but still very sad and we both cried.
We had to go to bed around 12 because the day after, on Saturday morning, we were going to Gymnasiemässan really early to represent our school. I also performed two dance performances with some people from my school, which was really fun.

In the evening I met up with some friends including Bene, Miriam, Mimmi and some others. We were going to see Catching Fire (it was the second time for me but for all of them it was the first time.) I can say that it was even better the second time and that I still love it sooo much! And I promise that I will try to upload my reaction video I made after the first time I saw it.

On Sunday I went to church and then after church me and Ruta went to Wayne's Coffee to have lunch. We had a really cosy lunch together just talking and laughing and drinking coffee. She always makes me happier and talking to her was just what I needed. I can't wait for our sleepover this Friday, it's going to be so much fun.

Now I have to go to bed because the plan is that I will go to school tomorrow so I have to get a good night sleep. Sleep tight everybody!

Dance. Friends. Coffee.

I am really sorry that I haven't been updating much lately. I've been busy with school, friends and family but I will try to write more both for you guys to read. I really like blogging and to be honest the main reason I write this blog for myself, but if someone reads what I write then it's just nice for me of course.

So last week was pretty nice, even though it was quite busy. On Tuesday Eline, Saga and I went to this cosy Café to eat lunch and study because our school day ended at like 12 a clock. We didn't get much work done though but it was still really nice to just hang out drinking coffee.

Than I had dance shows in school on both Wednesday and Thursday. It was so much fun, I have always loved to preform on stage, but it was also really exhausting because the days were really long and I went home from school at like 8 or 9 a clock. But it was so worth it and I had a great time preforming and hanging out with my class.

The weekend was sooo much fun. On Friday after school I met up with Ruta at Waynes Coffee and we had some coffee and cake before we headed to the movies.  We watched the movie Prisoners, which turned out to be really thrilling and quite scary if you are easily scared like me, but it was a good and interesting movie.
After the movie Ruta and I took the train to my place were we ate the delicious newly baked bread that my mum had made. After that we made a reaction video to the music video of Story of My Life by One Direction. After that Ruta introduced me to the tv-show Hannibal and we also watch the first part of the movie One Day, but we were to tired to watch the whole movie so we decided to go to sleep. The next day we woke up around 10 a clock and ate a large and quite long breakfast and I also introduced Ruta to one of my favourite Tv-shows Sherlock, Benedict Cumberbatch is just so handsome and he is perfect as Sherlock Holmes.
At like 1 a clock Ruta headed home and I just had a chill time until I met up with Vivi at like 4 for some shopping and coffee. She was going to a party and she needed my advice on what to wear.

On Sunday I went to church and in the evening I had two dance lessons in Street Jazz which was so much fun, but I was so exhausted that I went straight to bed when I came home.

Yesterday and today was just normal boring school-days but tomorrow is not a normal day because tomorrow is the day I have been waiting for for sooo long. It's the day when I will see Catching Fire!!! <3
So now I'm going to go to bed so tomorrow will be here sooner.

why do things like November and Mondays exist

Another week has gone by and tomorrow is the start of another week filled with school and homework. But a highlight I can remember from this week was when my London-twin Eline and I went to Café Dox to study and drink cappuccino. We talked a lot, laughed a lot and tried to study a bit too haha :) It was just the nicest thing and just what I needed.

The rest of the week I was either in school or doing homework. In the end of this week I got sick. I couldn't go to this Halloween party I was suppose to go to this Saturday which was really sad. So I spent most of Friday and Saturday sleeping, eating painkillers and watching musicals. But I felt better today so I went to church and after that Ruta and I helped serving at this lunch for older people and that was actually quite fun. After that I went home to get my dance clothes and than went to chill and eat dinner at Anna's place before dance practise.

Right now I'm sitting in my room listing to my Autumn playlist on spotify, trying to ignore the fact that it is Monday tomorrow. But okey come on now Agnes! We are all in this together and we will all survive this Monday and the rest of November. We can do it!

Things that will make me survive November

It's November and if you know me personally you will know that it's the month I like the less. It is just such a dark, cold and boring month when it rains all the time and all the trees are without pretty leaves and there is really nothing nice to take photos of outside at all. So I have this list with things that will help me survive
 November:
  • Music - music helps so much! It helps to get lost in the music a dark November day when I'm on my way to school or at home. I have my autumn playlist that I have on repeat including songs from both old artists like The Beatles, Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland and Billie Holiday but also from artists like Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding, Bastille, Lorde and Birdy. I also listen to a lot of movie soundtracks, like the soundtrack to Lord of the rings, Harry Potter, Downton Abbey and songs from a lot of musicals.

  • Tea - I drink so much tea this time of the year. It just helps me relax and it's just so cosy to wrap your hands around a hot cup of tea a cold November day. Me and Eline actually have a supply of tea in our lockers in school so we can our little tea time in school every day and it at least makes our school days a little bit easier and nicer.

  • Good books - reading is one of the things that always makes it easier to get away from life. It's one of the best things to sit a read wrapped in a blanket with a cup of tea when it's autumn.

  • Musicals - I just LOVE musicals and always have. Musicals always makes me happier and I just love to sing along to all the songs. A few of my favourite musicals are Sound of Music, Les Miserables, and Chicago.

  • Scented candles - I really like scented candles and as soon November comes I start like my own candle therapy which includes using a lot of candles trying to not notice how dark it gets really quickly.

  • Chocolate - do I need to say more than that chocolate is one of the best things ever invented.

  • Writing - I just feel like I have a lot more inspiration and time for writing in the Autumn and it's just really nice to write either it's a novel, a poem or just some thoughts.

  • Friends -   Hanging with my friends makes November a lot funnier. Having movie nights, meeting for coffee, going shopping or just chilling.

  • Cosy sweaters - I just love autumn clothes like big cosy knitted sweaters and knitted scarves.

  • Nail polish - to paint my nails in in autumn colours like red and orange always puts me in a better mood.

  • Coats - I love to get my warm coats out to use them when it gets colder outside.

  • Going to the movies - I love going to the movies and I do it quite a lot. It’s just one of those nice things that you can do inside when its cold and rainy outside and were you can eat sweets without feeling guilty. This month I'm going to see Catching Fire at least three times (I'm so exited!!) and probably some other movie too.

  • Tv shows - I watch a lot of Tv shows in the autumn, like Downton Abbey, Pretty Little Liars, New Girl and House of Elliot. It helps me relax to watch some episodes of a Tv show when I come home from school or on the weekends.
So that was my list of things that will help me get through November, maybe some of these things will help you too.

autumn break

It's Sunday and that mean that this little autumn break is soon over. It has been a great week, a little messed up, but over all a nice break. After we came home from Rome my sister and I went to stay at our grandparents. We went to this really fancy restaurant and ate delicious food and dessert. The day after I was suppose to have a sleepover with some friends but we had to cancel which was sad.
On Thursday I meet up with my old friend Hanna. We were at her place because she had hurt her leg and couldn't really walk. We had a really nice day making home made butterbeer (the drink they drink in Harry Potter) and watching John Tucker must die.
This Friday I had a chill day just relaxing and watching Pretty Little Liars until I met up with Eline for a quick coffee. In the evening Vivi came over, because she was gonna sleep at my place. We ate ice cream and watched The Notebook. It was the first time I saw that movie and I really liked it and I can admit that we both cried.
On Saturday we just had a nice breakfast and chilled until Vivi had to leave. I had some plans that I was going to meet Ruta and Anna but we decided to meet some other day instead. So I spent the rest of the day relaxing, reading, baking cupcakes with my sister. After dinner my parents, my sister and I watched this Irish movie called The Commitments, wich was quite a funny music movie that was actually really good.
The plan for today was to first go to church, than pick up the tickets I bought for Catching Fire (OMG I can't wait!!) and than go to Ikea with Vivi to buy some stuffs I need and eat cheap food.

So that was my break and I home you all had a nice week too.
